If you really want your guy to finally commit to being in a relationship, you have to make commitment look like something that will be fun, light and carefree. No guy will agree to being in a relationship with a woman who is always sad, depressed and starting petty arguments with him. So every time the two of you hang out, make sure you’re doing something fun! A friendly bowling match, a round of miniature golf or checking out the latest movie are all fun date ideas that will keep your guy happy and with a smile on his face. Once he associates you with all things fun and easygoing, committing will no longer be something he dreads.
It is possible that he is busy, especially if his business is very important to him. If you want to spend more time with him, then share your feelings with him directly and honestly. It is certain that he will attempt to spend more time with you if he is able. If he is not able, but you need to be around him more, then be sure to let him know that you are having concerns about the lack of time that you spend together. Whatever you do, continue to remain positive and mindful as you move forward. Best of luck, Tarryn!
What a stressful article! I mean, “Look sexy, get kinky, be aggressive, give him space, take care of yourself, don’t be a drama queen, don’t try so hard…” Blah blah blah!!! Be you. Be as crazy and assertive and talkative and love yourself the way you are. Don’t break your back trying to look how you think he wants you to look, or force yourself into an uncomfortable sexual encounter because you don’t want him to get bored and wonder off… Men need to be held accountable too! And if you are doing everything to make him stay, you’re only going to resent him for not putting in as much effort. And he won’t. Because he’s a dude. So just be you and find someone you don’t feel the need to CHANGE or CHANGE FOR.
The second problem almost all women experience: At some point he starts to lose interest. He doesn’t call you back or he becomes emotionally closed off. He seems like he’s losing interest or pulling away – do you know what to do? If not you’re putting your relationship and the future of your love life in great danger, read this now or risk losing him forever: If He’s Pulling Away, Do This…
I have been trying to go no contact for quite some time now but I fail every now and then. I have deleted him from Facebook, I have deleted his contact information, I have even deleted Facebook so that I wouldn’t be tempted but somehow I found ways to reach him. I miss him terribly and he told me he needed time and space to focus on himself and we would reassess in a few months. I refuse for this relationship to be over and I feel like I haven’t moved on a tiny bit since we broke up 6 months ago. I have decided to start working out, move apartments, plan a big trip… but somehow the only person I really want to share my stories with is him. I am flying through Vancouver (where he now lives) in August and I thought I would text him for a quick coffee at the airport. I hope he will want to see me, I really do. I need some sort of closure and if not, a way to reconnect.
"...in examining women's marital quality and men's emotional investments in marriage, we find that dyadic commitment to institutional ideals about marriage and women's contentment with the division of household tasks are more critical. We also show that men's marital emotion work is a very important determinant of women's marital quality. We conclude by noting that "her" marriage is happiest when it combines elements of the new and old: that is, gender equity and normative commitment to the institution of marriage."1

My boyfriend has just left and even though we only live an hour and 40 mins from each other I only get to see him every second week as he sees his daughter the week we don't meet. I already miss him so much my heart is sore and I can't stop crying we have had such a lovely weekend together I just didn't want it to end. Any tips on how to deal with missing him so much would be much appreciated I don't want to spend the next 2 weeks with a ball of anxiety in me.
Hi I was engaged to my fiance for 11 years and things were going great until last July when he left me. In September I heard that he was seeing another woman that devastated me they split up in November, in December just before Xmas he contact me saying that he missed me and wanted to work things out, 2 weeks later he went cold on me yet again I was left heartbroken. Towards the end of January he turned up on my doorstep and asked if he could talk about getting back together; this time he took me out on dates and said that we would take things slowly I agreed. It is now the middle of February and he said to me that he needs space a week later I messaged him to see if he was ok and he did not reply back for hours saying that he ok. I am stuck in limbo as he has gone cold again I don’t know what to do anymore?

First thing to succeeding in solving the mystery on how to get a man to commit only to you is definitely by not talking about commitment. We all get so obsessed with some issues, so we talk about them all the time. Don’t ruin the nice evening with questions such as Where is this going?, or Do you want to be friends with benefits or in a relationship?. These are the questions you will need to ask, but just not yet.
Right on from the man’s perspective. The kind of things like “you’re in the doghouse” is exactly what drives men away. Respect goes both ways in a relationship, and it’s not a battle of the sexes. When women see it as “men vs. women” it’s half over already. It’s not to say men are not jerks — many are. But if the love and connection are strong, then be respectful. If we guys want to have me time or gain some perspectives by retreating, please let us do so instead of making us feel even worse, like we’re scum…. and we will respect more of you, as we also know you need your space too from time to time. A relationship is a fluid thing and we need to adjust and adapt. Mostly, we need to respect each other.
Last message I told him that I’ll let him having time there to get things done after he told me that he’s not struggling with everything. (he has lots of extra expenses for this move too) He said he has anxiety about kids moving away (where we are now and new location is about 13 hours fly) but anyway he will prepare everything for them to move smoothly.

How you feel with the person you’re with is the best indication of whether you’re with someone who’s compatible or not. How much you want it to work is the worst indicator of a good relationship (in fact, usually the people who tell me how desperately they want something to work are highlighting how incompatible they really are from their partner).

Consider it a warning, but with this one, chances are, you'd put your own relationship into danger. But if you and your boyfriend love each other truly, and don't need to manifest it over and over again, this one works wonders. Tell him that you're enjoying every moment of your work/school/college. Tell him you've found a cool bunch of people who you hang around with. If you think it'll cause no harm, tell him there's a cute guy who has been checking you out quite frequently, all in good faith. If this doesn't make him jealous, I know not what does.
I hope that women or men in the world don’t apply this article to their relationship. If someone distances themselves from you then they just don’t want to put effort into it. Therefore, it’s best to get away from that person as soon as possible. There are many others that will show 10 times the effort. Don’t fall into this social construction that, if your partner distances themselves, just act like everything is okay and force yourself to be happy with them.

2. Freedom. Many men desire to feel free not to be boxed in by questions like "What are we doing this weekend?" or "Why didn't you call?" If they do not answer phone messages, texts, or emails right away, it may be that they feel they should be exempt. Women facing this response may need to decide whether they will accept it or decide that a partner is no longer worth the effort.

Maybe, what you need is to stop thinking about how long you’d have to wait for him to want to see you more and focus on yourself first. I know its difficult to stop. But I think what you need is to gently nudge him and tell him that you want to see him more often, but that you won’t wait around for him forever if he keeps up his slow reaction time to your needs. Men don’t understand what we women want from them sometimes unless they’re relationship experts so I suggest you give your guy a little unobtrusive push. :)
hi my ex calls me every times she is drunk can i get her back and many times she comment through facebook that she loves me but when i ask her she told me the same thing but she doesnt want to come back to me i remember two days ago we meet in club then i receive a call from my friend i went out to receive that call i didnt know she was behind my back we talk we laght but when am throung she became jelours and even slap me i dont why she slap me and we were not together please i need your help on this
Adam, amazing video, I am impressed! Please keep up the good work! I am a single woman and I have responded to a handsome man’s flirts after like 2 months of him making it more obvious…I have put the breaks on from the beginning and to my surprise he kept insisting and making it more obvious! Here is the catch: I have rewarded him by teasing him a bit and introducing myself and being bold a little bit, bc I wanted him to get a reward and to know what he’s been doing is what I like…however, once I got to feel a bit “more comfortable” and start making small conversations here and there ( every 2 weeks or so, when we run into each other), he now started to pull away slightly, and I didn’t do ANYTHING about it, literally, just being myself, feminine, relaxed, NOT bothered by his pulling away…NOW, this guy didn’t even ask me out, but his face lightened up, he couldn’t stop smiling, it was in his eyes, face, everywhere, of course I noticed how much he liked me…I am a bit confused now, bc he worked hard ( 2 months) to get my attention and get a reward ( me teasing him, introducing myself, giving him a sign that I like him too) to only create a bit of distance once I feel more comfortable! Given that we never went out ( he didn’t ask for a ph number or anything) what should I do? We run into each other when I get off gym and he is at work! Last night I had seen him squeezing his head after me when I passed by (at his work place) and he seemed to careless about him being at work and have his employees seeing him doing that squeezing head after a woman but care far more FOR ME NOT TO SEE HIM squeezing his head to check me out! What happens? he made it plain obvious BEFORE for 2mo, now he seems to create distance but checks me out secretly ( or so he thinks :)). Should I say something given taht he didn’t even make a move on me, or should I allow his teh space he seems to want? I want to give this man a real chance, I liked his persistence :).

Step 2) Post a picture of you having a good time. Instead of him getting the comfort of knowing you are depressed without him in your life, show him you are still out and enjoying life without him needing to be in it. As I have mentioned many times in many articles, men are attracted to happy women. Not only that, he will want you more because he is going to be slightly upset at how un-upset you are. This is human instinct. He is going to want you to miss him, which will in turn make him start to miss you. Remember how having fun is part of this phase? Post a good picture of it!
As you’ve probably already realized, men and women are different. There’s no getting around it. And on top of that, every woman is different in her own right as well. That’s why some of the best relationship advice for men is about how to make sure the unique needs of the woman you’re with are addressed by the way you treat her. If you’re looking for something fulfilling and meaningful, the key is understanding what the woman in your life really wants. Once you understand that, you can create the satisfying relationship you both want.

Hi! I was dating this guy for nearly a year. We go to the same small college and he is in the grade above me as the same major. We are each other’s first loves. Towards the end of our relationship he treated me like a “yo-yo”. He would push me away, then show interest, have sex, show interest then push me away again. It was a vicious cycle. I put him through a lot in the beginning of our relationship so he uses that as an excuse for the poor way he began to treat me. I was so vulnerable for this guy. I told him I would to anything for him, and I would change the things about myself that he did not like. It became unhealthy. We broke up and I finally started to just focus on myself again. My happiness is no longer relying on him. It has been a week since we have officially broke up (he broke up with me three times… i felt incapable of ending it… i didn’t want to leave things until i felt wanted… we were on and off… and this third time was our “final” time). He texted me, out of the blue, this morning and said “I can’t get you off of my mind”. I normally respond, but this time I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to fall into another trap, but it is so hard to simply just ignore. What do you think is best? We love each other, but right now we are just toxic for each other. I can’t deal with being pushed away and he can’t deal with my needy response. I’m so confused on what he wants with me. He never knew when he was with me and it killed me… I know I want him but his indecisiveness has caused this relationship to crumble. It just all seems like a chase! When I give him attention, he pushes me away, but when I don’t give him attention he begs for it back. I don’t want to play a game I just want to figure things out for my own peace of mind. Please help!

According to Chapman, once you know your partner’s love language you can then express love to your partner in the way that she is most receptive to it. Sometimes partners have a difficult time feeling loved by one another because the way they express love is different, so understanding what it is can give you the tools you need to ensure she feels loved by you.
Me (34y) and my boyfriend (37y) went on a break after a 2y relationship , the first year was almost long distance ( 4-5h drive). We have been through arguments for the last months and I was expecting him a marriage proposal since I had mentioned my goal of dating and he has told he has been looking for the same thing. within these 2 years I have visited his relatives and hanging out with our friends and my family ( his parents are not in the same country). in our last conversation about a month ago and before the break, he said our intimacy and closeness has become less than it used to be and this makes him worried about the future life. after we agreed to go on a break over a text, we did not argue about the time and any rules. after a week I asked him to talk over the phone and suggesting that we can work on our relationship and ask help from couple therapists. He agreed somehow but also told he needs to think more. after 2 weeks and not hearing from him, I texted him and suggesting an end date. he told he would call me within a week but he did not. He texted me back and apologized and asked that he needed more days. I am confused and do not know what to do. I am surprised that he does not miss me? if we were in an argument or not a happy condition, he would have never stopped texting me before. it has been now a month of break and I just had texted him a couple of times within the first 2 weeks. I understand that he needs the space and need to work on his decisions. his birthday would be in a couple of days and I do not know what to do and I can not predict our future and if it is really a break our a breakup!
This one is tough, but assuming you have mastered listening skills you can certainly do this. We need support, friendly advice and someone who will understand us. When he has a problem, don’t start telling him what he should have done or telling him he is the one to be blamed. Listen, cheer him up a bit and just be there for him. Next time when he has a problem or is sad, he will look for you to help him go through that.
am reading your discussion on how important it is to keep in touch after a long distance breakup…but it seems my boyfriend sometimes is interested in conversations and will write quite a lot, then sometimes he is one worded and/or doesn’t even reply anymore. He tells me he is here always when I need him and wishes me the best, etc, and numerous times he has asked me if we broke up if it’s possible for us to stay in contact and be friends and I said over time maybe, but that I don’t know, but now that we have broken up I miss him and it’s been one month. We are both from the same city and then we both moved to the east coast for college and stayed together a year and a half, but started falling into communication failures and distance. We have generally been very good at fixing our problems, but this summer we both were in the same city for two months, it was wonderful, then I left for a month to a different country and it started to happen again where we lost touch and communication became worse to the point where I would express my deep sadness and emotions about not being happy and all the things I felt were wrong in our relationship. He wanted to fix it and admitted he felt the same and wanted to rekindle the spark, but then the last week before I came he became distant again and then I got back and we talked, cried and broke up. We said let’s give each other a few days to think it through, but then we broke up. I regret losing him and I have followed all the steps and methods and in your videos. The ones about writing bullet points on what went wrong, his views, etc and I still feel lost, but I have come to terms with a lot of things I did wrong. He owed me money from a previous trip we went on and I was a bit rude about it and I feel it somewhat ruined the relationship after the break up, but then we started to slowly talk and I asked his opinion on something, he was kind, but stopped anwering. I’m not sure what else to do. I am now back in the city I study in and he is still home, but will be back soon, 3 hours away.
Consider all points 1-9.  No relationship is exactly the same as another.  There could be varying elements of any of the 9 points listed above involved as well as other equally important aspects not yet discovered.  Your relationship is uniquely yours and requires love and commitment to last.  Therefore, instead of wondering why do men pull away after getting close step back and take a look at your relationship and review where the relationship started, what pulled you both together, and what ( if anything) has changed.
Hey.. I’m in love with this guy for almost 6 months now and we are in a long distance relationship..since from the day we met he treated me like I’m the only girl in the world he respect me like I’m around him always he calls me day and night.. And we hardly see each other because of his work and the distance between us.. Few days back I visited him where he stays and he introduced me to everyone around him and everything was good until I hold his phone while he was asleep.. I found out that his cheating for me which changed everything ..I’m a Moody person.. Then I asked him everything and he answered me some not everything.. Then he apologized about his doings and promise me that he will short everything out soon.. And I did forgiven him but sometimes i feel like I have done a wrong thing it will happen again and we are living miles apart so I’m afraid.. Please I need an advice on what to do!
Finding an incredible guy and sticking around with him is wished by every woman. And her wish seems to get fulfilled once she starts imagining of marrying her dream guy. But that’s not how things go afterwards. The guy simply gets horrified due to his fear of commitment phobia. So, read here to find out some top signals which notify your man has got a fear of commitment.

In my previous article about the ugly truths of online dating, I shared a story about how my current partner would get rebuffed time and again, simply for stating that she was a feminist. She would have built rapport with multiple men. They would ask her what she studied and what she’s interested or into. The second she mentioned she was a feminist (in passing, mind you)—guys stopped responding and sending her messages.
To a degree I understand the the above. I now how I deserve to be treated, I now what my worth is and I’ve told my guy I deserve better if it makes him run for the hill so be it. It’s ok to retreat to man gave but get a little bit of communication in any relationship I called respect. Even if it’s I need time out. I’m sick off of hanging in the side line while he tries to figure wither I mean enough or not. I beleive I myself and respect myself enough to know when enough is enough. Xx
You have given the best advice that I have ever read from any article or book out there and trust I have read MANY. I see where I have been going wrong with my relationships and I see that I am putting too much of what I want them to be for me in it. I see where my negative thoughts have failed me and how I can go about changing me to be a better me for a relationship. Your views are so on point and I completely understand exactly where you are coming from. I will continue to read and reread your advice until I get myself where I need to be physically and emotionally. I definitely dont live in the moment with the man I have been with and I have gotten the I dont want a relationship thing from him but I definitely see where I went wrong because this man was interested in me from the beginning and he is still here. So I see where I went wrong. I see where I need to change just from reading your articles. I am seeing clearly. Now just to adjust my behavior and actions. I believe I will see a change in him. You cant expect people to change if you dont change yourself first… Thanks for all the great advice :)

I know that what this article writes it’s true. At the same time, do I really want a person with which I have to lie about my true feelings? I am very intense, passionate, and so talk a lot about what so feel and what ai think. I feel hurt of I am not in his priorities, if he never calls me or if he says he is not sure of what he wants. Of course it would be better for the lenght of the relationship stay quiet and wait. But would I feel really fullfilled and loved just tolerating?

I enjoy reading your articles. I’ve been seeing this guy for almost a year. We dated before 6 years ago and the reason we stopped dating is because he said I was pushing for something he wasn’t ready for. I didn’t realize I was pushing. He’s saying now like he said before, he doesn’t want a girlfriend right now, he’s too busy. But yet he’s still interested. He has said things to me like, “I’ve been thinking about you a lot and there’s nothing I can do about”, “We are more than just friends”, and then he pulls away again. It’s been an emotional roller coaster ride with him. He lives an hour away, we only text once a week or so, and only see each other every 2 or 3 months. We get frustrated with each and have arguments but still want to see each other so there’s something there. We are both Scorpios so I’ve been reading articles about 2 Scorpios being in a relationship and reading your articles. I’ve tried very hard not to seem “pushy” and realize the relationship is what it currently is. But how long do I have to wait for him to want to see me more? What should I say to him?

If you know the actual reason why your boyfriend or husband is acting distant and not giving you the attention and time that you deserve you will be able to correct the situation and get his attention back. The key is to try to understand the reason behind your man’s cold and distant behavior. Here are the possible reasons why men withdraw in a relationship.
When you feel him start to fade, your response may make the difference between getting him to come back full throttle and watching him dash in the other direction. To know how to respond to a guy’s elusive behavior, it’s important to understand the reasons that guys seemingly ditch out of a relationship without any sign of trouble or forewarning. If you spend all your time apart from him with your phone in your clenched fingers, waiting for it to vibrate with his name, put the phone down. This isn’t ideal for either of you. Of course, you love talking to him, but you have to leave some energy for the rest of your life. Don’t be half-invested in a conversation with your friend because you’ve got one eye on the phone.
I might feel a bit regret for loving him that i feel heartbroken now..But whatever it is, the days we spent together was really one of the happiest moment in my life so i never regretted every moment of it. Bad news is, i find it hard to move on.. like seriously am i obsessed with him now? it feels like hopes are there you know, and its not giving up. i just wanted to talk to him. A single hey from him would make my year, but it seems like impossible. *sigh* life…
Out of all other advice out there that I was reading, your information is the most that made perfect sense to me, you, at your young age, you have a lot of experience that you were able to collect, organize perfectly and,…help people! It’s an incredible collection that is easy to read, relate and understand, material, which is fun, no BS:), freely given, not always trying to sell another product, deep, personal, open, detailed, incredibly valuable, abundant and helpful not only in relationships between man and woman, but in life in general. When you write about having a particular mindset, you talk about things that was a missing ingredient for me when it came to decide that you really are above a lot of other so called relationship gurus!

Hello Adam. Thanks for offering such an exciting post and video. You’ve HIT the nail on the head! From my experience, yes, men totally enjoy their SPACE and we should make sure they get it. Respect his space and have him respect yours. Confident women with a touch of mystery and charm will most likely excite men to pursue and return again and again. I enjoy spontaneity and time spent exclusively enjoying my own range of soothing pleasures. First enjoy loving yourself – having a massage, facial, pedicure, and or just spending time at favorite events with other special friends and family. SPACE can make the relationship exciting!
if you only tell him you miss him, that will not complicate things at all. in a relationship, you gotta be open and transparent. if you love him, tell him. if you miss him, tell him. don’t wait for him to say it first just because you’re too afraid he won’t say it back. you are telling him because you feel that way and not because you want to feel good about yourself.
My boyfriend broke up with me with the excuse he dosnt have time for himself & he dosnt love himself. I’ve been doing the no contact rule for 3 days now. But we have a trip coming up & we agreed to still keep the plans. But we havnt spoke since the break up. But he has been lurking on my social media (instagram ) … I want him to kiss me but don’t know how
My bf and I broke up like almost two weeks now, we’ve been dating for 2 years and half, he kept saying he doesn’t know what he wants, but he knows he still love and care for me, but recently was just really hard for both of us, we constantly fight over something, but then I found out after he broke up with me he’s talking to this girl who works in a same company as we do, he loved me so much I know that, we have lots of memories we shared, wonderful memories, he told me he loves me more than anyone else in his life, like he do really love me but he doesn’t know what he wants anymore, so we decided to break up. Now I have the feeling he is already dating this girl it’s so sad , I’m super hurt. At work I still see him kept looking at me but I dunno why I cannot see any emotions from him that he still wants me back? Is he in a rebound relationship? Do you think he’ll come back to me after I do the NCR? He said he wanted his feelings back , that feelings when we were still new , like feelings that he craves for me everyday. After I told him I’m not gonna contact him anymore he didn’t even try to contact me, so I am left confused. Does he still loves me? I unfriended him in every social media I have , it hurts to think he suddenly move on and talk to someone super quick while I’m here stressing myself out for over thinking

My fiance broke up/moved out in April. We had been having some problems for awhile and I was crushed by him leaving. I was angry, and sad. I was and had been very resentful about finding out he was married a 4th time that he never told me about. (I found out from a friend 1.5 years b4 he left). When I found out the issue was never discussed. Now I do take a lot of blame for many of our problems in our relationship. I asked him not to leave but he did, After he left he then was crying and very upset. He begged for me to take him back, yet none of our problems were really talked about. Things just kept spiraling. We have continued to text daily, some days all day long.
Hard to tell what’s the difference between giving him space and receiving cold violence from him. But my opinion is if his not talking to you makes you feel very painful, then there’s no difference between giving him weeks or months of space. Relationships should be more about trying to make both sides happier rather than sad. Try to stay away from toxic people and relationships. Take care of yourself and people who you love and who love you. Go make friends and have fun! Relationship is a necessary for humans, romantic relationships may not. Good luck beautiful babes!
Out of sight, out of mind. I don't know who instanced this one, but he who did, perhaps, knew how relationships would take a turn as time sweeps. Given the current rundown of relationships, it really isn't a tough call to see yours dragged into the rut of being taken for granted by your boyfriend quite frequently. He might start thinking that deep down under, you're not going anywhere, and that this relationship, is secure, whichever way it is. The end result? He won over you, and you lost to him, or so you both think. However, now, take that big step, go backstage, and make yourself unavailable for a while. Let him find you by himself. Don't make yourself seen. The following ways might come handy.

Hi, I have been talking with a man that is older then me. He is very private and he needed space so I gave it to him. Out of respect cause I once was in his shoes. And found myself again when i had my own time. We haven’t had sex in the months we been together. Just talking and enjoying one another company. There are times he asks me to stay with him more now days and I do. Still no Sex, alot of kissing and holding. Then we both stop one another before it goes further. Why? Idk but we respect one another more. But I have noticed we have recently stopped talking like we use to. The convos shorten. Our conversations are about our days, and some sexting or just straight talk n tease about being romantic. We just have fun. I do know he dont to hurt me, n he is afraid of his own actions. He’s the touchy feely type with women. And it surprises him I don’t get mad or jealous. He tells me he ain’t use to the way I act towards stuff like that. I’ve asked him if he’s trying to push me away he says no then he says maybe… I don’t feel he is cheating, I just think we are both scared to take the next step. Cause we both hurt and was hurt in our last relationships. Getting confused need some advice.

Been with my boyfriend for 6 years we have 2 beautiful Little boys together And about 2 weeks ago He started to get distant with me and I kept trying to plan stuff to do with him and you kept blowing me off And 5 days ago he broke it off with me But wants me to still live with him And sleep with him But we’re not together I don’t know what to think or how to feel All I know is that I don’t wanna be with anybody else but him I can’t get you another man in my life at all I don’t want you I’m 36 he’s 38 Our kids are 2 and 4 Is there anything I can do to get him to love me or be in love with me again He says he’ll always love me He’s not in love with me anymore
Hello, me and my ex have been dating 2 years and we broke up on January 2. We had the no talking thing and he came back to to texting me. We still sleep together and hang out during entire weekends. When we see each other, he hugs me, wants me to hold his hand/arm in public, cuddles me and says I’m pretty and that he misses me and does think about me often. How I’m going and how I’m feeling. Now he’s talking to a new girl from work and he’s talking with her hours on end at times. She’s his type and it’s so hard to see. I still love him and the way he’s acting around me is hard and confusing. He seems so confused. That was an issue when we were about to break up ( in December). He said he was confused and didn’t know what he wanted. He still seems to be confused. I don’t know what to do anymore.
You need a bit of mystery to get him to miss you, this is something not to forget. If you’re an avid social media user, don’t update your status too frequently, limit the number of pictures you share, and pause on the Facebook quizzes for the time being. Or if you want to take a Facebook quiz go ahead but just don't share the results, as that can be very annoying for anyone on your newsfeed. Additionally, don’t interact with your special guy on social media. If he posts a status or picture, don’t comment or even like the post. Did he share a story on Snapchat? Resist viewing it. Maintain the image that you’re too busy to obsess about his social media activity. It could be hard to do because he looks so cute in his latest Insta photo but you’ll have to be strong. Resist him now and he’ll be yours later!

But we had problem because after that week i went again to his town and he was angry at me because im not replying to his text messages. Its that the signal is too fucked up, we got delayed messages to each other. Then everything gets messy, im in his town but im staying at a different hotel, i wanted to talk to him to patch everything up but we dont have a time for each other because we are always out with friends. So i asked him to stay overnight at my hotel. We had intercourse again, we are in good terms but still want to talk to him :(( our time together is really short. Then i had to say goodbye, he told me that he will message me. I told him to text me on facebook so i can receive it. But after that, i havent heard anything from him. For a week. So i did is to sabe myself. I dont also communicate with him…

In my situation, I’ve been seeing the same guy off and on for the past 2 years. We didn’t talk all summer. We started talking and seeing each other again the first week of September up until 4 days ago I guess. The last time I saw him, I had spent a night with him, I dressed in lacy lingerie, garters and nylons cause he loves that kind of thing, he kept telling me how gorgeous and beautiful I was. He kissed me passionately, and this is odd because he doesn’t kiss on the mouth ever. He told me he had so much fun, and it was a great night. I left and haven’t heard from him since and it’s been 4 days now. I’ve texted a couple times and haven’t gotten a response which is odd. We always have a lot of fun together, we get along great, the past 7 weeks have been the best in all of the 2 years we’ve known each other. After a very passionate, great night, he drops off the face of the earth. Any ideas what could be going on with him?
Big mistake! How can he possibly miss you if you’re giving him the same amount of time you always give him? The “gift of missing you” means that you keep all communications BRIEF. You have obligations to hang out with your girlfriends, not divide your time between them and him. Frankly, it’s disrespectful to your friends…and all it really shows him is that you’re a pushover. Men take advantage of weak women.
Update: I had a legal question so I texted him after about 6 weeks from when he asked for space, and he responded quite eagerly, and told me he would normally not give legal advice to someone he found so sexy and with whom he has intimate relations… he told me I owed him dinner but I just laughed and thanked him for the legal advice. Now it’s his time to wait!! I texted him again a few days ago with another legal question, and he called me today on the phone because he said that he could only answer the question off record and not in writing. He told him that normally he would not give out free legal advice, but he liked me and wanted to help. I thanked him and he said he wanted us to talk again soon… Slow moving but promising! :)
First of all, what was the reason for him breaking up with you? Because he said he became heartless, so that indicates he was hurting in some way or another during the relationship and reached a breaking point therefore afterwards. The past is the past, and the future is all that matters now and my best advice I can give to you is to give it time and space. I know you said you already did, but at this point he is most likely still dealing with the breakup in his own ways, and the worse thing you can do now is pester him even if it’s just to ask how he is or suggest meeting up. It sounds to me like this breakup was more a needing of space than an end to everything…. as some people will break up out of anger. I did the same thing with my boyfriend, I broke up with him out of anger telling him I don’t want him anymore… He never responded (it was over text) and that made me think twice. To the point where I wanted to go back to him. That’s what SPACE does, it makes people reflect on their own actions and the relationship in general. So my advice to you is to give it time and space. Show that you’re doing well, that you’re happy and that you’re doing things for yourself… and don’t let him see you sad. After some time has passed (I’d say 3-5 weeks) then you’ll have a clearer idea on what you want. But HE BROKE UP with YOU, so let him be the one to come back. Only after you’ve showed him you are fine with or without him! Good luck!
He broke u with me in july . He ignored me after I did alot lf begging etc. i started to feel better do my own thing and little by little he contacted me. But They are short answers from him. No saying he misses me. No inclination that he wants to work on us again. I stay nuetral in texts bc I don’t want to seem needy but am I giving the right impression ?
I hope that now you know how to make your ex miss you after your breakup. One important thing is that him missing you is just one piece of the puzzle, if you want him back and you want him to stay with you forever then you need to make him see you as “the one” – the woman he couldn’t live without. To do that you need this secret formula to get your ex back in your arms for good, so don’t wait or you might miss your chance forever: Do You Want Your Ex Back? Use This To Get Them Back…

The best thing about being in love is that you get to share your life with somebody you care about. Being in a relationship itself is all about depending on each other – but things can take a frustrating turn if one of the partners becomes needy. Would you like it if you had a possessive boyfriend to deal with? Assuming the answer is no, if you find yourself heavily depending on your guy for just about everything, you should take a time out and give your relationship a fresh twist. Show him that you are an independent person just like him, who can get things done in the same way, if not better.
My ex (5 month relationship) broke up with me two months ago and a week later went straight to a rebound relationship. He text me out of the blue and asked me how I was and then said we should go get food. He also said that he wants to just be friends. So my question is, why the heck is he texting me to go get food when he is still dating his “rebound”?! I still have feelings for him and he knows that. Hence the reason he told me he just wants to be friends. Everybody knows you can’t be “just friends” with a guy you still have feelings for. I feel like he is playing games with me and going to get food is only going to hurt me more….knowing he doesn’t want to date me. What should I do? Not go? Or TRY to be “Just Friends”??
Guys don’t know exactly what it is, but suddenly their instincts are telling them to get away. This usually occurs at the point where the woman could no longer keep the act up. Maybe she’s trying to appear cool and go-with-the-flow, but in her mind she’s already thinking of ways to turn a relationship that’s really nothing at this point into something. From that point forward, it’s not easygoing and natural, it’s her measuring if she is getting closer or further from her goal.
