My boyfriend has just left and even though we only live an hour and 40 mins from each other I only get to see him every second week as he sees his daughter the week we don't meet. I already miss him so much my heart is sore and I can't stop crying we have had such a lovely weekend together I just didn't want it to end. Any tips on how to deal with missing him so much would be much appreciated I don't want to spend the next 2 weeks with a ball of anxiety in me.
How to make him commit to a relationship, you might be wondering? You have decided that it is time to stop playing games and get serious with the man in your life but he might be putting up a resistance. Stack up some tips up your sleeves, and he’ll be ready for a long-term relationship in no time. Stop wondering how to get him to commit to a relationship and read these awesome tips, but primarily, guidelines on how to get a guy to commit is really not that hard, that is if HE really wants to.
Had a break up of after about 6 years. Nothing horrible just was because of stress and no communication. He was amazing though. He broke up with me and the whole time it seemed I was the one trying to fix things. Suggest options to help us. Basically it didn’t work I was even more sad trying and him not . We kept trying a few things here and there but it didn’t work. It’s just he never suggested anything so idk maybe he really didn’t know. But we eventually ended it all 100%. I’d been trying to have fun not worry or stress and be a better me than I was. Fix things and be happy worry about me. I have met some new friends too buts it’s just friends. If I had a picture of a guys friend on social media with me is that bad? I was not trying to do anything wrong or cause any upset I was just having fun is all, it was just a goofy picture that has an inside story of how I’m ditzy. Hahaa that is all. I’m just making friends and having fun. But is that something I shouldn’t have done? If it was vice versa I’d be upset and wonder but I’d try to not assume something I don’t know unless there are more pictures of that person or it looked like they were together.

I hope this 'relationship guide for women' has been helpful for you to sort out your love life. Another point that I suggest here is to know and understand that to have a strong and healthy relationship, both the man and woman has to put in equal efforts. However, if you think that you are taking extra efforts to make your relationship work, without getting any help from your boyfriend or partner, it may be a red signal to end the relationship. All the best!
When you’re anxious for a guy to make you his girlfriend, he will be able to smell your desperation from a mile away. This desperation will turn him off, and he will be thinking of a bunch of different ways to get rid of you once and for all. So instead of being needy and clingy, you have to become aloof. If you become less interested in him, he will fight harder to regain your attention, and it will make him want to take things to the next level.
Thanks for your comment. The only thing I would “call out” about this is when you say if they want you no matter the circumstances, you know it. The reason being is because he has proven it to you over time. He is not in a vulnerable state and also going through a lot. Typically a man under financial stress and job stress takes a significant toll on his ego and self-dignity. It’s a different stress. Losing someone you welcome support because he had no control over it. Now, the other stuff he possibly did and is having a significant amount of guilt. What I would suggest is that you step back a bit and let him reach out when he is ready. I do believe checking in with him from time to time is good and not let your ego get the best of you. Be positive in your time and conversations with him right now. Do not input any additional stress and let things progress naturally. Show him that you will support him even if that’s giving him some time to breathe. You will find out the answer. I would encourage you to also book a session with me here so I can give you exact tailored advice for your situation. https://www.apolloniaponti.com/private-coaching-2/
I hope you can help me with this. Me and my boyfriend have been together for 4 months now. Things started out great but the last couple of weeks I’ve been kind of moody and on edge due to stressing over finding a job. This weekend I tried to get him to stay with me but he said he would have to work, but wasn’t sure about Saturday due to a possible lack of a ride. So I asked him if I could pick him up Saturday or if he wanted to wait to see me till Sunday. He told me he would just see me Sunday that he didn’t know if he had stuff to do Saturday. Is it possible that I’ve been pushing him away and he’s wanting space or looking to break up with me, or am I just over thinking this whole thing?
So many red flags! He seems abusive. For starters, he shouldn’t be calling you names and putting you down. And the fact that he dislikes your being independent and ought to be cleaning or cooking for him is so sexist, I can’t even… All this leads me to believe he will be physically and more emotionally abusive as time goes by. Run as far away as possible. I know it’s hard, but I don’t see your situation getting better. Stay safe.
Thanks, and I am happy you enjoy the articles. It seems as though you gave him too much early on. I know right now it hurts but what I would suggest you do is focus on you and what makes you happy. Push away a little bit because he has to feel as though he is losing you too. Slow the pace of things when he reaches back out and don’t come off too eager for a relationship. The one thing I have to mention here is if he is not ready for a relationship with you then you cannot force this. The best thing you can do is take a step back and let him pursue you.
I spent 6 years with my ex. We were young when we got together and we weren’t good at resolving conflict. But I truly believe we loved each other and that he is the right person for me. We both had a habit of ‘pulling away’. Push, pull, if it wasn’t him, it was me. By the end of it, it was dramatic. It was traumatic for me and him too because we didn’t know how to work it out. Since then we’ve both tried seeing other people. But somehow after 9 months we ended up back spending time together. Getting to know each other again. We started to get close… I never pressured him to be with me but I do love him. I’ve tried to be a lot more understanding of his space. Even his friends have said – ‘this is the best you guys have ever been’… But then shortly after he told me his friend had commented on our ‘changed friendship’ and how close we were getting, he attacked me saying I was getting too comfortable. I was so confused because he had been asking me to stay over and he said he was enjoying his time hanging out. That’s what we established it was. We’ve never put a label on anything and have been free to live our separate lives because of what we have been through there was no use rushing anything even a friendship. I was happy with that and I thought he was too.
I have been with my bf for just over a year lived with him for just over 6 of those, it’s been great he’s really been open and honest about his feelings but for the past month or so I have noticed how much he has thrown himself into work (self employed so can do as little or much as he pleases) and so our time together has dwindled? I challenged him over this as I wanted to spend time with him doing nice things all the time getting “as soon as much jobs are all done” which could be anytime! I truly believe he was now starting his pulling away stage, I am now worried that I have ‘ran’ after him too much and made things much much worse by delaying his pulling away possibly even ensuring he has had enough and is ready to call it a day! Hes working away at the moment and before he went we had another petty argument in which I stupidly told him that we should have some space with no communication whilst hes away (I felt like I couldn’t do right for doing wrong) I’m scared I have ruined it completely now! I self blame quite a lot (past relationship issues) since away he has texted me and told me he is also to blame for these issues and that with time he’s sure we will be alright, Please help what should I do, what actions should I take? If this is pulling away, will he be able to return still or has this gone too far? He’s due home on Thursday, how do I allow him time in his man cave when we live together?
2 months ago I reconnected with the love of my life from 20 years ago. He calls me very night and we talk on the phone for hours. We are both single. Ive hinted to him that im interested in more than a friendship but he doesnt respond and changes the conversation. I havent hinted anymore. He hasnt even mentioned about seeing each other. We live in the same city. He is having a rough financial time right now. He even had to sell his car. Am I in the friend zone or should I wait to see if this develops into something more?
Hi, my ex boyfriend and i work together, he is younger than me and we were friend for 2 years, I have been supporting him during his bad marriage. I have been liking him for a while and I confessed to him and told him that I can’t be his friend any more as I need to deal with my felling to him as this is wrong feelings because he is married. Latter he got separated from his wife and contacted me 2 weeks after the separation and we became together very quickly and very intense, he initiate every thing and we were very happy he told me how much he loves me and that he wanted to have a future with me. I gave him all the attention and care he needed to help with his separation. Then after that he start to change he started to disrespect me and became secretive than he dumped me because he is not ready for a relationship but he wanted us to remain friends. Our relationship lasted 2 and half months I was upset and tearful but I didn’t react he tried to say hurtful things to me to have a reaction still I didn’t react and I didn’t get hurtful to him with any words or actions and told him that I understand what he is going through and I am willing to go back to be friends, he was grateful for this and astonished that I didn’t react crazy of hurtful to him. Afterwards he contact me via text in almost weekly basis for the following 3 weeks after the breakup checking on me and try to open conversation, also appreciating me at the office to check that i am ok. I kept it short and simple as i need my time to heel as well as i felt he is playing games to keep me hooked in case he can’t find some one alse so he would have me as a short tearm back up. I stoped all contact a week ago and started to ignore him in the office as well and tried not to run into him but in a cool way so I only smile and say hi if we are in the same place briefly. He didn’t text me at all this week, I do want him back because i do love him but not sure that i have a chance or that he even really care. I am very cool, calm and smily in the office as allways which he can see which made him a bit uneasy and he tried to get my attention. I continued taking care of myself and having fun which he can see as well. Can you please advise if you can? Many thanks, Angie.
My boyfriend of 6 months broke up with me in a text message a day after Valentine’s Day. I felt like that was the cruelest thing to do after spending a wonderful time together the night before. I was just devastated, so of course I picked up the phone and called to ask why. But he couldn’t tell me and hung up on me, how humiliating that was. I went away and never contacted him again, I focused on my friends and family to help me heal. After a few weeks I noticed that he was showing up on my social media feed a lot, so I unfollowed him, my heart was just starting to heal again, I didn’t want to go through that kind of pain again. Anyway, after about 6 weeks of break up, he showed up at my place but couldn’t bring himself to knock. I got a text from him saying, I was just outside your door, I just stood there remembering all the good times we shared together. I was completely shocked as I thought I’ll never hear from him again. So I said to him, you could have knocked because I still want to know why you broke up with me in the first place, and so we planned a date to sit down and talk. It was absolutely amazing! He told me he was just too scared about how deeply he cared about me, (which I already knew) and felt that he needed to go away and think about it, wow, how astounding! We got back together a few days later and it was magical, he can’t stop telling me how beautiful I am, how much he missed me and that he loves me and wants to spend all of his time being with me from now on. So Adam, tell me what did I do wrong or right to have him come back this strong? I would dearly love to know so I can be prepared if I this ever happen again.
First thing to succeeding in solving the mystery on how to get a man to commit only to you is definitely by not talking about commitment. We all get so obsessed with some issues, so we talk about them all the time. Don’t ruin the nice evening with questions such as Where is this going?, or Do you want to be friends with benefits or in a relationship?. These are the questions you will need to ask, but just not yet.
When you’re in a relationship and things are going well, you want to know whether it has a future. You’ve probably been dating a while, but you’ve found yourself in a sticky conundrum. You want to push things forward, but you’re unsure if your guy wants the same. Some men aren’t ready for that level of commitment, and some men will never be ready. I’ve known women who have dated men for eight, even ten years, waiting and waiting for him to propose. Much to their disappointment, they find out that he enjoyed the current setup they have and doesn’t want things to change.
Even if you're anxiously awaiting their call, you shouldn't be available every time they want to see you. "You want to create something worth investing in and make them realize your value," Trespicio says. "If you're always waiting around, they won't feel the need to try that hard." (That's also one of the skills you can learn from open relationships—even if you're monogamous.)
Don’t fall in love with your man for his potential. You want to bond with someone as they are now. Sure, all signs point to him becoming successful and hard-working, but what if something occurs, like illness or disability, that would prevent that from happening? Would you still love him? Your man is not your project, so make sure you pick someone who you love just the way he is.
If your guy is having a hard time, be it from external sources like his job or he’s having some internal emotional issue, you have to give him the space to work through it on his own. If he wants to talk to you about it, he’ll seek you out. And if he does, make sure you listen to him, don’t use this as an opportunity to voice your opinions on the matter and try to solve it for him. If he wants your advice, he’ll ask for it.
I was dating this guy I was working with for slightly over a month. It went extremely fast and was very intense- lots of butterflies and passion and warm fuzzies all around. Not all of that time was completely awesome- there were times he’d commit to something and back out after the last minute with an excuse like he had no gas or money to come see me. He would also text me that he felt I didn’t really want what he wanted- a future, white picket fence, etc. I tried to explain (in person) that until we had time to develop to that level that I could say I wanted that (white picket fence) in my life in the future, but I didn’t want to say or commit immediately to something that might turn out to be a lie. We got into a fight a few days after one of those conversations and what was also after a period of time where we didn’t see much of each other aside from work- five days, actually. He couldn’t make it to my house over the weekend for the aforementioned gas/money issue when I tried to make plans, and it turned out I had plans with my best friend (and roommate- no, not a guy) and an out of town guest staying at our place for most of the rest of the week. Anyway, the argument ended when I told him that if he couldn’t respect my autonomy when it came to decisions about my health and body then he could get the f*** out. He took my word for it and told me fine, he was gone. I called and texted him throughout the next day to try and talk things out, but he ignored every attempt to contact him. I was devastated, and also a bit pissed. He texted me after I had already gone to bed later that night. I went out of town the day and didn’t respond to anything he sent me throughout the day until I got home and we proceeded to get into another argument via text. It wasn’t resolved in any kind of manner. He came into work the next day and proceeded to completely ignore that I existed, and close to the end of my shift he went to his (not mine) supervisor and proceeded to accuse a co-worker and I of sabotaging his work. I can honestly say we did no such thing- I didn’t even mention that we had been dating to anyone, let alone that we had broken up. People still knew, mostly cause he couldn’t quit talking about it. Anyway, he walked out of his shift that night. The next night he did acknowledge I existed, and I tried to respond minimally and civilly. He ended up walking out of that shift too, claiming that he was being made fun of every time he entered mine and my-co-workers primary work area. That wasn’t true either- we were joking around and laughing, but not about him at all. They fired him after that. He texted me a day or after basically deriding my character and maintaining his accusations, no matter how much I tried to claim innocence. During this whole “bad” period I had intended to attempt to talk and possibly reconcile with him, but never got a chance while defending my integrity. Another period of time passed- about a week or so, and then he called me asking for some of things back, and I agreed to return them and again attempted to try to talk things out, but he was still convinced I had more or less caused his losing his job. Another week went by, and I texted him merry christmas- responded saying he missed me and knew the breakup was his fault, but made no mention of getting back together, just said he hoped I was doing well and he didn’t want ruin my day by saying anything else. I texted back and tried to express that I wasn’t angry at him and just wanted to know what had happened. That ended with a long text by me that went unanswered until a little over a week later when he texted me asking if I wanted my things. I said yes, and my roommate and I went up to get my things, which he suddenly couldn’t find. He admitted the whole dang thing was his fault and thought I could do better than him- I told him I didn’t want to do that and that I really had just wanted to talk things out if possible. He kissed me a couple different times and the night ended on a hopeful note, though I still didn’t have my things. He texted me on my way back home that he had found my things. I called the next night after I got off work and asked if I could pick them up- he sighed and said it was last time he was gonna see me. I told him that depended, but he hung up at that point. I got my things, and he told me to have a goodnight. I left, and circled back around and asked him if he really thought I gave a s*** about the ‘stuff’- I had made no attempt to get it back and wrote it off as lost. He said he had just taken a job nearer to where I lived so he could see me more easily, and at that point I thought it prudent to mention my roommate had banned him from the house- she owns it and I pay rent, so really, it was up to her. At everything kinda dissolved after that, he said that in that case nothing could go anywhere with us, and accused me of putting myself on ‘the victims side’ of the situation bringing up the whole ordeal from work again. When I asked for clarification about what exactly he meant he said, I quote, “this is bulls***, you can’t even admit it! Goodnight.” And literally left me outside in the cold. I left after that and later texted him asking if he still wanted to be with me despite all the stuff that’s happened up to that point. No answer for a few days now- honestly, I just want to know if I should expect us to be able to work things out or not. I feel heartbroken and like I’m being played at the same time, but I’d take the chance if it were presented all the same. We had what I feel was a highly passionate connection while we were together and I was beginning to fall in love with him. What do you think the chances of getting back together are?
If you really want your guy to finally commit to being in a relationship, you have to make commitment look like something that will be fun, light and carefree. No guy will agree to being in a relationship with a woman who is always sad, depressed and starting petty arguments with him. So every time the two of you hang out, make sure you’re doing something fun! A friendly bowling match, a round of miniature golf or checking out the latest movie are all fun date ideas that will keep your guy happy and with a smile on his face. Once he associates you with all things fun and easygoing, committing will no longer be something he dreads.
My boyfriend and I see each other, if we're lucky, maybe two to three times in a month. We've been together for six months and have known each other for eight. It does get really difficult; even though it can be a lot worse. I try to remember that other couples do have it a lot worse than we do, and I am grateful every time we get to be together but it still doesn't make it any easier when I think about the fact that I don't know when I'll get to see him next or be near him. He's leaving for a week, so we won't even get to speak to each other, which is the longest we've gone without talking. Being able to write it out does make it a lot easier since I don't want to make him feel bad about leaving or having a life outside of our relationship.
Men who do this have an avoidant attachment style. Read ‘Attached’ by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller and ‘avoidant, bad boyfriends’ by Jeb Kinnison. After reading these I realised that I had been unhappily married for over twenty years to an avoidant man who ultimately cheated on me and left me. I’ve since met a man with a secure attachment style and the difference is night and day. DO NOT MARRY a man with an avoidant attachment style you will be miserable.
Im in the current situation right now… He wants space for me being paranoid for past few weeks.. I really dont know wat to do, he is so busy and stressed from work.. He asked for space, i ask him if he is breaking up with me he said no he just need time and space for the meantime… Need your advice please… I dont want us to be apart i really love him..
In some ways, mirroring includes – but is not restricted to – body language. If he places his elbows on the table to get closer to you, you can follow suit. Physically mimicking someone can increase your sexual tension as well as make you feel emotionally closer to the person. You could accidentally take this to an amusing level if you copy him too closely, so follow this advice with moderation.
So I m a gay guy who is in love with of course another guy. we were doing so good and things happened and then he broke up with me. no, he never did ask for space. he told me that he had fallen for someone else and he was happy. ofcouse I chased him around begging to take me back and reminded him of how much I love him. oh and he lived in a different country, we met on social media. I flew over to see him. since then I have flown multiple times to see him because he asked me to go see him. he says he doesn’t want to loose me but does not seem to want to talk to me. when I call him. he does not pick up. sometime he talks to me. but most of the time. I believe he just ignores me. I don’t know what to do….. the sad part is I am madly in love with him… do I just not contact him at all? why does ppl that actually love gets hurt all the time. I don’t think I have ever been treated special by any of my partner except for him. he was so sweet to me. I guess the distance got the best of us. but is it really over? I don’t understand it. and I am sorry, if I am offending other readers. I have no where to go or talk to but to ask for help here. thank you for reading.
Schedule a girls night out with your friends. Leave your man home by himself. Give him a hug and kiss, and then say “see you later.” Make him miss you — and show him that you’re not in a codependent relationship with him — that you have a social life, too. If he wants space, then give him space, while have a fun time with your friends outside of your relationship. When a man pulls away after being in a LTR for a while, sometimes it means he feels trapped or suffocated or obligated to you, or that he’s losing his freedom or sense of self because you’re now “all coupling all the time.” Immersing himself in work is a way for him to pull away from this codependence and gain a sense of self and independence. If you’re really worried, do an evaluation of your relationship — are you getting too clingy, needy, or do you want to do things with him 24/7 … are you having a codependent relationship? Is that the reason why your guy is pulling away? Sometimes, the issue may not just be his, but also yours.
He may be interested in developing a relationship with you. He may also realize that he is not ready to enter into a committed relationship with someone that he cares for. Continue to remain his friend, but realize that he may be at a different point in his life that you are. When people are drunk, they are much more likely to act in a flirtatious or intimate manner. Speak directly and honestly with him about your thoughts and feelings. Best of luck, Vicki!
Hi Ray! Thank you very much for the male perspective. I am dating a man who is 11 years older, I’m 26 and he is 37. He works out in the ocean and a lot of times we have minimal conversation via text/call. But when we are together everything is great and we get along very well. When he doesn’t have to wake in the wee ours or work out of town, he is with me every single weekend. We have been together six months and I have met all his close friends and friends kids. I have done well so far in respecting his space. When he’s a weekend with his guy friends, I am understanding and just ask him to contact me once when he is back in town so he feels he is not missing out on what he loves. However, this past weekend he had a sailboat race on the weekend which he let me know in advance and we had plans for friday night. He reached out friday night saying that turns out he had to be at the venue in the wee hours so he would not be able to make our plans. I was emotionally unstable that weekend due to some work stress and family leaving so I needed him the most that friday. I did not think of my actions and instead of politely rescheduling for Monday, I blew him up – sent him various texts showing how I did not appreciate he canceled although it wasn’t his fault. I called numerous times in the weekend and texted many times while he was supposed to have time with his friends in the tournament. On Sunday I was so desperate that I passed by his house. His roomate was there and told me he hand’t come home yet. Since I blew him up friday, I have had no response to any of my texts nor has he answered any of my calls. I am very afraid that I scared him away and threatened his freedom. I also came out as desperate for going to his place. Today is Wednesday and I hadn’t reached out till Sunday. I sent him a very short/casual text apologizing for taking out my stress on him and for not letting him have his space, to which I got no response. I am going to wait a few days and hopefully he will come around, as our relationship has matured and he’s told me how much he cares for me. Did I blow this up completely since it has been 4 days with no response?
Guys are well known for wanting sex. Some of us long for that kind of physical intimacy. You’ve met the perfect guy, yet you’re trying your best to show him how much of a lady you are. Truth be told, any dating rules you follow which suggest you wait for specific amount of dates will do more harm than good for your dating life. You should have sex whenever you feel comfortable having sex.
Well, Eric Charles is the guy and he promotes the masculine behavior. For God sake, women, our message is clear what we want in a relationship. I am tired that we are always trying to please those guys and etc. The reality is that guys behave as they want and we need to adjust to their particular needs. All those articles say that we need to understand their mindset and how they function so that we could finally find a happy relationship. We basically have to play games. Men are really complicated. Women are very simple. If they want something they say. shhh!!! watch out!! If you say this, the poor guy will be frightened. He does not want to commit. Do not make love with him because he will get what he wants and again he will not want to commit. Jesus! Then, why they do not try to understand how women function and to adjust. Most men are absolutely idiots when it comes to the relationship. We women can give some classes to our sons so that at least new men generation would be more aware of the subject which is “women”.
Then, switch things up by missing a phone call or two back-to-back. Your guy will be wondering where you are and what happened to your daily contact. He will start to realize that getting those daily text messages and phone calls are a part of his day that he doesn’t want to live without, and he’ll be dying to be in a committed relationship with you!
Hey! Me and my boyfriend have been togheter for 2years now and the last month i was feeling that he stopped talking, drinking and working more. So i tried to talk to him for a week but he didnt really want to talk. So we talked about our realitionship and how i feel about him not calling me or texting me enough, compared to what i do to him. And he said that he knows that i deserve better and that he dont want to own anyone anyrhing. he said that he doesnt see a future with me, not with himself either, and the only thing he wants to do now is to work and be alone. Then we talked about our realitionship status, to remove it or not. We didnt agree on anything so the realitionship status is still there and i dont know how talk to him. I really want to try the no contact rule! But i could use some advice anyways
Now, I want to make this very clear: I am not saying you must be a certain weight or go out of your way to be a certain way to fit some societal idea of what is right. I am not saying this. I am simply being honest about how men are going to be the most attracted to you when you are in the best shape for you. I am talking about doing the best with your unique body shape that you can. healthy is hot. Again, healthy not emaciated or unhealthy. Try to invest time in what you eat and add some light working out to your routine. You will feel and look your best.
Wow!! All I can say is thank you for writing. You have an awesome way of saying things, straight to the point no BS. This is what people need I tell all my friends about anew mode, lol I even quote some things you say on Facebook. I’ve been married for twelve years and I love reading your articles because it makes me a better person, wife lover!! Thanks again!
Hi! I was dating this guy for nearly a year. We go to the same small college and he is in the grade above me as the same major. We are each other’s first loves. Towards the end of our relationship he treated me like a “yo-yo”. He would push me away, then show interest, have sex, show interest then push me away again. It was a vicious cycle. I put him through a lot in the beginning of our relationship so he uses that as an excuse for the poor way he began to treat me. I was so vulnerable for this guy. I told him I would to anything for him, and I would change the things about myself that he did not like. It became unhealthy. We broke up and I finally started to just focus on myself again. My happiness is no longer relying on him. It has been a week since we have officially broke up (he broke up with me three times… i felt incapable of ending it… i didn’t want to leave things until i felt wanted… we were on and off… and this third time was our “final” time). He texted me, out of the blue, this morning and said “I can’t get you off of my mind”. I normally respond, but this time I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to fall into another trap, but it is so hard to simply just ignore. What do you think is best? We love each other, but right now we are just toxic for each other. I can’t deal with being pushed away and he can’t deal with my needy response. I’m so confused on what he wants with me. He never knew when he was with me and it killed me… I know I want him but his indecisiveness has caused this relationship to crumble. It just all seems like a chase! When I give him attention, he pushes me away, but when I don’t give him attention he begs for it back. I don’t want to play a game I just want to figure things out for my own peace of mind. Please help!
It's easy to let parts of yourself go when you meet someone you think is the partner of your dreams. But don't. "Trying to be someone you're not is so transparent," Kelman says. If you'd rather go to the gynecologist than watch football or hit an art museum, don't pretend to love the Steelers or understand abstract art just because the person you're seeing is a fan.
well, i agreed (how could i not, he’s cute ;) ). i wasn’t sure if he’d show up. but he did. he did cook n it was awesome. during the party he asked me not to leave the city. when i told him i had no reason to stay back. he said there may be now. so we saw each other everyday after that. went out . he really took care of me, shared about his family. we really like each other. he even said lotta times he really liked me and that he was sad i was leaving. asked me to stay, coupla times. but i really needed to leave. he even came to see me off. things changed totally after i left. he did not call. when i did, he spoke normally and said he had been caught up. later after a week or two, he did nt show any interest to call. so i stopped calling too. once i called him n asked what was goin on. to my surprise he said we enjoyed together. but he cant do long distance. I’m flabbergasted how can anyone just shut off things just like that. was he pretending all the while?
